We are thrilled to announce that Table Tennis Canada has been selected to contribute to the Coaching Association of Canada (CAC) Women and Gender Equity in Coaching project.
The CAC has selected fifteen (15) sport organizations from across Canada and we are honoured to be a part of this inspiring initiative.
Rose Huang and Maria Bagirova (mentors), Maxime Surprenant and Thierry Verviers (mentors) as well as Thorsten Gohl as sports leader from Table Tennis Canada. We wish them a great experience in this ambitious project.
This project aims to promote gender equity and support women in coaching by creating mentorship and professional development opportunities including leadership development and community of practice.
We look forward to collaborating with other sports leaders to advance this cause so close to our hearts.
