Did you ever notice that table tennis tournaments always finish with male finals? For the first time, at Canada Games 2023, all the female finals will be played at the end of each event. This change in the schedule was a part of Table tennis Canada’s Gender Equity action plan. Table Tennis Canada adheres to the values of equity, inclusion, and diversity. By this statement, Table Tennis Canada sends a strong message to the sports community. Thank you very much to everyone involved in the organization of Canada Games 2023 for making this happen.
