Manitoba’s Canada Games Coach, Phuong Nguyen, has been chosen to take part in the prestigious ITTF Mentorship Program, marking a significant achievement for both Phuong and the Equity Diversity Inclusion Committee. The ITTF Mentorship Program stands as a cornerstone of the ITTF Development Plan, offering mentees the invaluable opportunity to glean insights from seasoned experts in their respective fields over a period of up to four months. This immersive experience includes regular online sessions, tailored monthly assignments, and face-to-face interactions between mentors and mentees.
