Professional Development (PD) is a core part of Lifelong Learning in coaching. It prepares you for the real challenges you’ll face and helps you grow your influence, both in skill and character.

How to Earn PD Points
PD points are added to your Locker Transcript and help maintain your certified or trained status (where required). You can earn points through a range of learning activities:
Activity Points
- NCCP Workshop 5 PD Points
- Coach Self-Directed Activity 3 PD Points (per cycle)
- Active Coaching 1 Point per season coached
- Learning Facilitator / Evaluator Role 1 Point per year
- Non-NCCP Events Multi-sport or sport-specific
