Table Tennis Canada’s Awards Committee is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2026 National Awards, recognizing outstanding achievements, leadership, development, service, and contributions to Table Tennis across Canada.
This year marked an exciting milestone for the National Awards Program, with a record-breaking number of nominations received from across the country. Nearly 50 nominations were submitted, recognizing athletes, coaches, officials, volunteers, and community leaders whose contributions continue to strengthen Table Tennis in Canada.
The incredible response made the selection process especially meaningful, and certainly not easy. Behind every nomination was a story worth celebrating.
This year’s recipients represent many different parts of our sport. They are athletes competing on national and international stages, coaches developing the next generation, officials giving their time and expertise to competition, and community leaders creating opportunities for others to participate and belong.
The nominations received from across the country also told stories that go well beyond results. They spoke about resilience, mentorship, volunteerism, inclusion, leadership, and people who continue to give back to the sport and the communities around them.
While today we celebrate our award recipients, we also want to recognize everyone who was nominated. Being nominated by a teammate, coach, club, association, committee, or member of the Table Tennis community is a meaningful recognition of one’s impact.
