What a memorable time at the 2023 Canada Winter Games in Prince Edward Island. Showcasing our athletes from coast to coast to coast on the biggest national stage in Canada.
We loved seeing our athletes compete at the 2023 Canada Winter Games. They worked hard, cried, laughed, and at the end showed up to give their best performances. Thank you very much for the coachems, major technical officials, host society, staff and everyone involved in the games for their commitment, the support and dedication they have for Table Tennis.
A huge thank you to the host society for giving us a beautiful venue to work with and the venue coordinator Lexi for making sure that everything looks as amazing as it did. We loved our volunteers their wonderful “good morning’s,” their beautiful smiles and showing up for shifts from setting up the venue, to score keeping, crowd management and more.
It was not easy at times. We learned, we listened, we adapted and at the end, the athletes were able to give their best performances. They will remember this competition for the rest of their lives. We showed the world that Table Tennis is a fantastic sport.
