Table Tennis Canada is excited to announce that Manitoba has won the bid to host the 2026 Canadian Championships in Winnipeg. The event will take place July 17–23, 2026, at the University of Winnipeg, bringing together athletes, coaches, and officials from across the country for a week of high-level competition and celebration of our sport.
New Brunswick also submitted a strong proposal, and the decision came down to a very close vote by the members of Table Tennis Canada. This reflects the passion and commitment both provinces have shown in supporting our athletes and growing the sport across the country.
With strong support from Tourism Winnipeg and the Manitoba Table Tennis Association, the Championships promise not only world-class competition but also a memorable experience for all participants. From state-of-the-art venues and dedicated officials to community events and cultural experiences, Winnipeg is ready to showcase the very best of Canadian table tennis
