Recently, they celebrated International Women’s Day, a powerful reminder of the resilience of women when we support, uplift, and empower each other. In a world that often feels chaotic and unfair, the way we treat one another matters more than ever. As Iryna beautifully puts it, as women, we have a choice, to build each other up or to tear each other down. True leadership is not about competition or control; it’s about fostering growth, encouragement, and respect.
